would these rims fit on my camaro with those dimensions?

No it's a 4 lug wheel.

unless you can find some adapters to go from a 5 lug down to a 4 lug but i would just stick on finding a set of 5 lugs before i go and try and find an adapter kit cause if you plan on tryin to up the hp and torque on the car then the 4's may not handle it say like if you had 5's
