What drag wheels are these ?

What wheels are these and where would be the best place to get them ? Also if you can tell anything about the tire size's that would be great. Thanks!

those look to be racestar industry wheels on the front,and weld prostars on the rear.

Correct. The fronts are 15x3.5 Greg Welds/Racestar Industries (depending on when they were purchased) and the rears are Weld Prostars which appear to be a 15x8. They are two different wheels. Most run a Weld wheel in the rear because the Racestar rear wheels look goofy in most peoples opinions, mine included.
