quick one: where can i buy a 1/4" spacer
just like the title says...
i got in my new wheels/tires from OE and i need a spacer. They said i wouldn't....but i do. (295/35/18 rear)
i don't want to buy a cheapie universal one. where (probably online) can i get them? i can find the adapters....but i only need 1/4".
i can find the adapter, but it's 1" and i think that's going to push them out to far.
thanks.

I got my 1/8" spacer at a rim specialty place downtown. Only reason I had to go to them though was because 1/8" is not really a common spacer size. Advanced Auto or Autozone carry spacers, I'm sure they have a 1/4". Spacers are spacers...no need to find some custom special one.

Just be ready for when you want to mount them on your car if you take it to discount tire or something.
They will tell you that its unsafe to use spacers and they won't do it.
I talked the guys into it though, asked if I could do it then lol.
Otherwise my wheels/tires wouldn't fit and I wouldn't be able to go home - or pay. lol.

found some!
after several attempts, i finally found a tire shop in town that had some.
Discount Tire wouldn't put them on (not happy) and i'm going to complain to the owner about it.
I'm sure they'll work though. I'm waiting for my new rotors from ws6store to show up first though.
