Default Help me pick some rims..

I bought my WS6 last Thanksgiving and I told myself the first thing I would do is get some new rims/tires. Well here it is 10 months later and Im still up in the air. If I wasnt a college kid I would of had CCW 505a's already but I'm on a budget. My plan with any rims is to do the CTS-V brake upgrade up front. Ive narrowed it down to about 4 choices. I recently fell in love with Deep dished rims and I like the C5 DD but the lip is pathetic. I also like the RPM 505's with a nice big lip along with the Forgestar F05. Finally Ive liked how the new corvette spyder wheels have looked since I first saw them on an F-Body but theres no lip. Help me out guys with opinions and pictuers. Ive searched way too much already and looked at 1000s of pictures. If only this was easy..
Thanks in advance to anyone who gives some imput.

1: 18x10.5 C5 DD in Chrome on all 4

2: 19x9.5 RPM 505 HyperSilver w/ machined lip

3: 19x10 Forgestar F05 Machined

4: 18x9.5 C6 Z06 Spyders Chrome

On a WS6, DEF the 505's or Forgestars.

I like the 505's a bit better, but I've never seen the Forgestars on a FBod that I can recall, so different is cool.

I don't like the Spyders much at all, and I just generally don't like vette wheels on 'Birds.

Camaros can pull them off sometimes, but not 'Birds.

69TA please stay out of my thread with your trolling. I have been leaning towards the RPMs cause I love the big lip but deep down I still like the C5 DD. Stuntman if you search Forgestars theres one guy on here that put some on his black WS6. Thats where I discovered them and they look sweet. Thanks guys keep em coming.

^I saw em in the FS section. I like the MRR as well but I really want 19s and to run 275/35/19s all around. Thanks though good luck.

$620.00 for brand new 18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rears.......OE Wheels..replica C5 Deep Dish chrome.
http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels-fo...39428-3-1.html

Why pay upwards of $3,000 for those other rims that do absolutely nothing more than replica rims.
Those other rim companies are a complete rip off.................

LS6427. I wanted those from OEWheels for a while but I need more of a dish. 3 of the wheels I listed are under $1000 for a set. The most expensive are the Forgestars at about $300 per wheel. If I went the OE route I would be doing the 18x10.5 front and rear but even that lip doesnt compare to the RPMs or Forgestars. I just invision CTS-V brakes behind those chrome C5 DD to be pure sex.

I am a big fan of 19" deep dish wheels on F bodys. And since ive never seen them on an F body before my vote goes to the forgestars. I think they would look badass on a bird and they're just different. My 2 cents

Will the CTS-V brakes NOT fit behind the C5 DD OE Wheels??? That would look quite badass.

I'd like to see the Forgestars from different angles. $1,200 for a set isn't bad........

From their website I dont believe they do any of their wheels in chrome but that would be my top pick for sure. As for the C5 DD and the big brake kit no one has done it but someone is in the process with the 18x9.5s. A simple spacer should work but I dont know if the DD and the spokes will make it difficult or not.

Is their anyone running 18x10.5 C5 DD up front on their Fbody that could measure the distance between the stock caliper and the spokes?

I like the RPMs alot but I'm torn between the C5 DD now. I love chrome and I wanna show off some big brakes with a classic 5 spoke design..

I actually like the DD C5s on the T/As they kind of look like CCW SP500s. This guy is from like 2 threads down, his car looks sick.
