285/30R19 front and a 315/25R19 ? . . . Could also go a 295/30R19 or 305/30R19 . . . but the diameters start to get funky . . .

You want the OD of the tire around 25.7 to 26 inches.

and is $500+ each tire too much?

Whe I checked the other day for a 315/25R19 on Tirerack's site, the only think that came up was a Pirelli PZero Assimetrico. Not a cheap tire!. The O.D on that tire was 25.2 also. A little small, but not too bad. A 275/30R19 has the same O.D. as stock, either 25.6 or 25.7. Although, thats not gonna be wide enough for your rear wheel requirement.

A 305/30/19 is the usual std size for an 11 inch wheel. I used it and its a great fit while being close to stock height. I would suggest a 295/30/19. I have an 11.5 inch wheel and I ended up going with a 315/25/19. The sidewall is very tiny and I didnt mind a slightly shorter gear since I spin 8k rpm. Put your last two fingers together (pikey and ring) together and that's pretty much how big the sidewall is. If you like Super low profile tires and sharp handling then you are like me.

I'm using 'vette sized tires on mine - 265/35-18 front (on a 9.5" wheel) and 305/30-19 rears (on a 11"). 275/30-19 would have a good sidewall profile match on a 10" wheel, and would be slightly closer in size.

I don't have any ABS inop lights or braking issues, even though there's a decent overall height difference.

The Nitto Invo would be a good choice.
305/30/19's (for the rear) about $270ea., and 285/30/19's (for the front) about $250ea. both at D.T.D.
