If an automatic car can hook on a radial, it's what you should use. If not, do some suspension tuning or go with a bias-ply.

You'd be correct in that thinking. However, if the drivetrain is already loaded, as it is in an automatic car ( even at idle ), you're a lot less likely to break stuff than if you shock the drivetrain suddenly ( as in a M6 car ).

I'm currently at 437rwhp. I'm running a FTI 3600 converter, 3.73 gears, BFG drag radials, stock 10 bolt, and going to the track tomorrow (weather pending).
