Default Anyone using this Eastwood "Fender former"? Not a roller.

I just recently found my new 315 tires are getting slightly cut from my fenders, so I need to get them rolled.. Found an Eastwood Hand Fender Former Tool for $49. The video makes it look pretty simple.. Just wondering if anyone had used one of these? It looks like it might be a hair more difficult on our cars due to the shape of our fenders compared to what you see in the pictures, but I'm sure it still could be done with it.
