Those rims just dont look like they belong on F-Bodies, that's the biggest problem with them. You've got plenty of choices out there, that arent as common as vette wheels.

There's alot of Mesh type wheels that look good, like the HP Evos, RPM 505's, TSW's & etc.

negative on the rims posted. and as far as what rims "we" have, im running polished C5's and yeah the vette wheels have been played out or what not but yet they have proven that they look good on any f-body but those posted you can just tell there not for these cars

Don't base your wheel selection on your ugly brakes, take a few hrs clean them up and paint the calipers and get some wheels that belong on an f-body. Personally I have ran stock SS wheels, Zr1s, Zo6s, Simmons and CCWs. If you dont want to stagger I'd say get some Zr1s or HP evos.

Get the ones that you like the best.

Why do you care what we think? Just get the ones that make YOU happy. You have to live with your choice!

Agreed! Get what YOU want. However if you ask me I would not put ANY of those wheels posted on any of my car.

none of your choices belong on an f-body..... not that you haven't heard that enough. you may have the wrong car.

Thank you for your feedback on the rims,

You may have the wrong attitude. I love my firebird, I was asking for opinions on a different set of rims.

More than likely I won't buy any since I can never make up my mind on rims. I am always too scared to spend $800 or rims, another $800 on tires and then not like it.

I want to put a set of these on mine one day in the near future, to wrap up some V brakes.

Don't let fear run your life, lol....there are 2 or 3 birds on here with nice looking wheel packages. Do a SEARCH! Couple sponsors over there >>>>>>> that would be more than glad to hook you up.

Ditto what JTelesone said, get what you like....just don't ask for opinions if your skin is thin. Pretty tough crowd around here...

I can understand wanting to be different by not getting Corvette wheels, but the reason why they are so common is because they look/fit amazing. The choices you picked all look like complete ***.

Look into HP Evos, AR Rebels, ROH Snypers. I really don't think you can go wrong with a set of simple 5 spokes.

I'd also consider what others have mentioned by getting some cheap silver ZR1s and having them powdercoated a unique color.

IMO I would keep the wheels you have on it now. Unfortunately, I can't think of any car those wheels in the first post would look good on. They look like they belong on a Maxima or maybe a truck but even then I don't think they would look good at all.

those look horrible, but I also think zr1s are more boring and uglier than stock

what about TSW Indy 500s? those are nice, affordable, and don't see them very often

8" is too narrow for 18"s...will look goofy

honestly the wheels you have now looks pretty good

TSW has some killer wheels, I just don't like that they don't offer any 10-11" widths.

I do agree with the rest on this..You couldn't pay me to put any of those rims on my car. But do whatever makes you happy. If you want to turn heads everywhere you go, then I guess those rims will help you achieve that..but it wont necessarily be the good type of looks lol.
