Dont 8s and 10s cost the same?why do i say that, well because for one 8s dont look as good, imo 10s look kinda skinney 8s look real skinny, and why wouldnt you want a bigger /wider tire, isnt that why you go for a drag set up, its up to you though man, if ya want some dinky lil rears by all means go for it,first thing you will say is that you should have got 10s

1. People go to a drag set up for LIGHTER rotating mass and to be able to get a 15 inch with more sidewall to aid in hooking up. Not solely to get "bigger/wider tire." If so than why are there so many 10.5" drag radial classes?? call me crazy but 10.5 drag radial on a 10 inch wheel leaves a 1/4 inch on each side of the wheel.... Not for me thanks
2. Less weight. (even though it is minimal)
3. I never plan on running any bigger than a 26" tire which most of street guys run.
4. 10s with a 275 look a little too skinny for my taste. But a 275/50/15 mickey looks sexy as hell on a 15x8. I like my tires past the rim a little. Looks beefy!
but to each his own. If I had plans on running anything other than a 275 I would have considered a 10" but I dont intend on needing more than what 8 second cars hook with...
On another note, MINE SHOULD BE HERE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!! Cant wait.
