Default OE wheels, 1/2" hub centric spacer

so i just read one of the issues of gmhtp, nov. issue. they put the cts v brakes on with a set of oe wheels and 1/2" hub centric spacers they said were bought from OE wheels, but i can find them on their site, or anybodys site for that matter.

anyone know the pn or where to buy them?
