Where can I find duplex acorn or deep shank lugnuts?

Where can I find duplex acorn or deep shank lugnuts? I bought the ARP 2.5" wheel studs for my 17x11 wheels, but my lugnuts aren't deep enough. I currently am using a 7/32" wheel spacer to clear the steering knuckle. Where can I find lugnuts which will fit a stud which is 1/2" longer? Or can I just cut off the ends of the studs to make them fit? I'm using open-ended lugnuts right now...and they're burning my eyes!
