Ive noticed summitracing states that the minimum size for a 28x10.5 hoosier slick is an 8" rim whereas the 28x10.5 ET drag is a 9" ... is the et drag bigger??? I wanna go with a 28" hoosier but want the same size equivalent to a 28x10.5 et drag

i believe the hoosier is actually a tad bigger. a friend of mine tried a hoosier on his low 8 sec car last year and liked them better than the et drag.
