Default weld rims 15x8 with a 5"bs

I got a deal to buy some cheap weld rims for my formula . They are 15x8 with 5"bs , will these work , i have to grind the caliper i know . My brother has a set on his ta 5.5 inch bs .

Only thing i could think is to use a half inch spacer and get longer studs .

Whats my options or pass on them .

Using a half inch spacer would make them 4.5" backspace, not 5.5" backspace. Curious which Weld wheels you have that are 5.0" backspace?
