Default woobleing and shakeing in the back of TA

woobleing and shakeing in the back of TA it kindof feels like the rear end is doing a hip giration then a shaking inside car ecspecially on the expressway.

1.when a tire tread has separated is this visiable from outside of tire while it's on a rim?

2.is tire tread separation concidered a manufactors defeact?

3. what causes an out of round tire, like if car sit's more often than driven?
and can this out of round condition be concidered a defect.

edit my rear tires goodrich z rated have more than half tread left they look OK
however I'm not a tire expert. it feels much more than just a out of balance tire.

I may try to isolate which tire is creating this problem by swapping each rear w/ the spare.

4.I understand that spare should only be on the front to prevent rearend diff. damage because of the 2 differnt size wheels spining at differnt rates is this true of false?

Thanks

probably a warped rim.. my car was doing the same thing, and my rims look like they are in great shape, but spinning them on the hoist you can see that one was warped a bit.

check to see if your tires are balanced properly.
