Pics of SS with 335's on the rear. Here you go.
I've been getting alot of request to see pics. These were taken with a disposable, before I got my digital. So they aren't the best, but you get the idea.

The rims are TT2, and I believe the size is 17x11.5, with 7.5" bs, and 17x9.5 in the front.
The rear tire is off a Viper, I got a GREAT deal on them, they are Michelin.
The front tire is the stock Goodyear 275's.

Thanx for the pic Black!
They look damn good!
I currently have the AFS 17X11 ZR-1 style wheel out back with the 315/35 Nitto 555R's and have no rubbing issues! I had to unbolt the bump stops and install a B.M.R. adjustable panhard bar to center the rearend, but other than that it was all good to go!
Now other than that, would there be anything else that I would need to do, or will they just need to be bolted on and it's a done?

yea those do look nice, so what all is required to run 17 x 11's in the back? since I have stock tires and rims now on my ss, I want to get somethin wide in back because im sick of spinning out when I punch it..also if I may make a suggestion..your car is lookin pretty already but if you got a set of chrome CAMARO fill ins for the back..it would look nice with your rims and fuel door..make the car flow a little more.

I did have to hammer the hump above the bump stops. and a few other places in there. If you do the mod, you will see where they rub. They wont rub anyplace that will cut the tire. I dont think they would fit with any other rim, unless it was the same specs as the TT2's. I do have an adjustable panhard bar, but I haven't changed the setting on that, since the day I got it. You will have to do some hammering, and roll the lip, unless you want cut tires, in that case, it's a bolt on and go.
Jeff, I have thought of the chrome Camaro letering. I was waiting to see what it looked like on a black car first. Sorry, no pics of under the car, yet.

My car is not lowered and I have never had an issue with my 17x11's and 315's!

Michelin makes the Michelin Pilot Sport in that size (good luck finding it...) and Pirelli makes the PZERO Rosso in that size (good luck with that one too...)
Pirelli actually recommends a minimum rim width of 11" for that tire, but the Michelin says 10.5" minimum.

Re: Pics of SS with 335's on the rear. Here you go.
I tried 335/35's on my Z06 wheels. The tires are too wide to seat w/o a TON of air pressure. One side will roll up under the rim and not seat. But for $157 a piece from the TireRack, it was worth a try. They are 13" from lip to lip on the inside.
