Yeah black wheels are beyond played out,the car looks good as it is,I had black wheels like a looooonnnng time ago,and I liked them but they got old fast,once I changed wheels to a polished rim I was like damn I should have done that from the start,ever since then I don't care for black,that's my opinion though,I have seen a lot of nice cars pull black off but at the same time I don't care for them unless there some kind of high dollar custom wheel with a great lip,

i have the black wheels just like you have posted but with a chrome lip and i like the aggressive feel they give, however they do get old and im looking to sell them and get some chrome ones.. so keep yours chrome and you wont have to go through what i am!

I voted black cuz i just don't like chrome ZO6 wheels. The chrome seems to make the wheel look cheaper IMO, but I think the factory dark argent color ZO6 wheels look great and they are definitely some of my fav wheels for an F-bod.

I'd get a different style wheel... I think a silver set of deep dish zr1s with 17x11s in the rear would look sick on that car.
Edit: or a set of polished TT2s if you have a little extra coin.

I think black wheels look good on these cars cause of the black top and other little thing you can do to them ie painted mirrors, berger mod etc. This is my SS C5-DD. I vote BLK

Voted black. Regardless of the fact that black wheels are all the rage now, and yeah they probably will be old news and no longer a fad in a few years when some new style ruffles everyones feathers, thats what I have always liked. I like the "strictly business" look
