New Wheels, Haters gonna hate?

Those are more of the responses I was expecting seems how they don't have a lip. Heck I wasn't even sure how they would look when I ordered them, even when I had just the wheels here I wasn't sure how they would look, once they were on I loved them though. I know it cliche to say, but pics dont really do them justice...

It's not the lack of a lip. The gap between each "pair" of spokes is too small. I like that gap to be wider, like the BBS CH-R wheels:
....or the similar Miro 111:
Neither of those wheels has a lip, but they still look great.

I've been doing a ton of research. As far as I can tell, they should fit - they're concave with no lip, and the offset is 38 or 40 (forget which).

My only problems with the Miro 111s are their weight (18x9.5 weighs 24 lbs.), and the BMW/VW guys that usually run them have had problems with the wheels getting bent perhaps a little too easily.

They look good on your car...the color match helps. IMO it makes the car look a little more "techy".
A lot of guys commented on being different...that is not hard to accomplish if you don't care that it looks good and like its part of the whole (car) package. Too many bozos get huge &/or gawdy rims cause there different (or say "look at me")...and then they look like a$$...then they wonder why people don't like them. Yours look pretty good though...a nice change without being ridiculous...you chose wisely Luke...the force was with you.
