Biggest front and rear tire. What is the biggest and widest tire/rim size can you go on a 02 ws6 lowered 2" front and back, for the front and rear. Looking to get black z06 rims. 18" in rear and 17" in front. I have seen them go up to a 12" wide... Im sure it can’t fit on a trans am?? What will the larger wheel and tire do to the stock rear end other than throw off the mph?
you can go 18x10 w/275 in the front. and 18x11 w/ 295 in the rear, but you'll have to masssage the inner/outer wheel well. thats what i have/had on my trans am and it is lowered 1 1/2 - 2 inches. i cant rmember. now i have 18x12 w/335 but i had to mini tub. and the only reason your speedo ould be off is if you changed tire diameters and dont changer it in the computer
