Default Would 16 inch chrome wheels fit a 3rd gen camaro??

I have an 89z28 with bald tires and original rims... I also have a 98 trans am with chrome 16 inch non twisties that have brand new tires from previous owner. Since i wanted to put new rims on my trans am, i was wondering whether or not i could use these on the camaro...

camaro has disk brakes in the front, drums in the back, i know the pattern fits but as far as the center cap that pops out (seems to be connected to rear drums) on the rear wheels goes, i dont know... would i be able to remove the "center cap" on the camaro?

so, can i fit those trans am rims on camaro?

thanx

You can, but you will need to use wheel adapters.

they will fit fine on the front but the rims have to much backspacing and will hit the wheel well on the rear so you would need a pretty big spacer to move the wheel away from the rear of the wheel well

i wanna say they take 2" wheels adapters to run 4thgen wheels on a 3rdgen. You can get them from skulte.com.
