New rim/tire combo or??

New rim/tire combo or?? Well, it's come time for me to get rubber on all 4's due to cracking on my outer part of my tread, well, I more or less bought it that way, but that's a different story.
I can get a set of nice used speedlines for $999 plus shipping (im guessing around $1200ish total??)
Or go with a set of replacement tires on my old, worn out stock "chrome" rims.
Just wanted some advice on this, the only reason I would consider getting the used ones is for the simple fact that they have brand new rubber on all of them
Coilovers are in the very near future, so I want to get some nicer rims first|
