TT2 Pricing?

TT2 Pricing? Looking to pick some up locally here in the new few days, and was wondering if this is a Great/Fair/Expensive price for the set.
Its a set of 17x9's and set of 17x11's still new in boxes, never had tires mounted on it yet, All correct backspacing / size from what he's told me. No tires are included but lugs/centercaps are i'm thinking.
He's wanting $1100 and won't budge at all on his asking price, with me going out and picking them up. Whats your opinion? Should jump on this and get them, or wait to find them somewhere else at a better price?

that's a reasonable price, I'll PM you the site were i got my TTII's from, they are $1060 shipped for 17x9.5/17x11 combo and they come with valve stems and lug nuts.
