different casting methods is what I assumed.

The F14f's may be a two piece wheel? If so that puts them at about the right price.

2piece forged wheel (F14F) vs 1 piece flow formed (F14)

Flow forming process makes the wheel near forged strength...also, all forged wheels are not created equal, there are various forged strengths in the industry, and no one will tell you how strong their wheels are from their process..

I'm very close to seeing if I can cancel my order with Boyd's and order some of the F14's in matte black. These are really growing on me!

The rear's are thier "deep" concave and it is a pretty good concave. I don't think these cars would look as good as others with a HUGE concave in the wheel. My 18x10's have a 3" cave on them, where as the 18x9's only have a 1.75-2" cave. So it's pretty good concave, just not super noticeable in pictures.

Well you could run a 10" wheel on the front if you really wanted and you would have the same amount of Concave.

I want to say the 18x10's are right around 19.5 lbs, so a fair amount lighter being a bigger wheel.

I'm surprised that they are so light considering the reasonable price. Look at the price of Fikse rims and you know how much I thought one needs to pay for light wheels. The Forgestars that you have look amazing!!! Good choice in rims OP!

$1,500 for a set...that's an awesome price IMO. Very nice.
