Billet + Paint ???

Yes the rims arent choice they came with the car and i gota roll with it for now lol...
My question is this, in the rim only shot i have you can tell there is current discoloration on the rims, if i where to paint the so called spoke area of the rims black would there be any steps id have to take in them being billet or are they unpaintable or what, what kinda paint?
any help is appreciated trust me i wana do something different with em lol.

Cutout large cardboard circle, tape over wheel.
Repeat.
To paint them just degrease them and maybe sand out any imperfections that may show through paint such as curbage or corrosion..

Centerline made some good quality wheels, those should polish up really well and would certainly look better then. They aren't the best style for a Camaro but you already know that so I'm not gonna be that ******* who says you should just buy new ones. I guarantee some other ******* will take care of that soon enough.
I would imagine it shouldn't be a problem to paint them, they are just aluminum wheels. Anyway good luck bro
