New Billit Speciality wheels w/ 28x10x15 Hoosiers d06's The issue im somewhat concerned about is my car has the rs lip kit and i only have about 1/8 in clearance on the rear lip and side skirt will it rub in the burn out box or how can i fab the lip kit up to make it work?

Damn, you are cutting it close! You might be better off removing the kit or switching to a 26" tire. I will say that I usually HATE bodykits on camaro's, but yours pulls it off better than any other camaro I have ever seen.
