1" wheels spacer on trans am
Just thought I would share the way that it sits.
This is a 1" spacer and the way it sit.
Yes the back tires rubed on it without rolling the fender.

Are you running any spacer's in the front? I think 3/4 maybe the way to go if one wanted to avoid rubbing. I used to have zr1's with 36mm spacing in stead of the standard 56mm for f/bodys. I loved the way it lined up with the fenders but the extra width made the car follow grooves in the road to much.

No, no spacer in the front. The 1" spacer in the rear doesn't rub with stock height, and mine doesn't rub now anyways after I rolled the fenders. I really like the way the front tucks and the rear is even.

I had some rubbing issues with with my zr1 with 36mm offset, that would be the same as running a 20mm spacer. Im also lowered and had a 285/40/27 tire out back on a camaro. I was only commenting that 3/4 would be a safer bet on lowered cars. Then again all cars are different so its a case by case situation.

I have the same spacers on my car. Great for the back, but DANGEROUS on the front. I even used the permanent locktite on the front and let them cure for over 24 hours... and they STILL come loose every time. I ended up ditching them off the front. I would only recommend stud through spacer for the front.
