Default 1998 Formula, stock suspension..98-00 ws6 17-Will a 285/40/17 rub on the front?

SO...really don't feel like searching....will my 98 formula be able to run a 285/40/17 up front without rubbing? I am currently running a 275/40/17 on factory wheels with no issues. Thanks again!

I'm planning to run that tire on the rear. You're adding .4" in width, and 1/3" in diameter with a 285, you should be fine. There are guys here running 315's on the front for autocross.
