Default Got the Rebels on finally

Went and picked these up last weekend. Have never been a fan of the American Racing Rebels, that is until I seen them in person. I love these wheels. 17x9.5 on all 4 corners with no spacers at all. Please excuse the FILTHY car.

I thought about 285's but couldn't justify the price difference between those and 275's. Clean that b*tch up

I know I know lol. It has been sitting outside due to a garage remodel, its covered in dust. It makes me sad seeing it like that, but as soon as i wash it, it will be covered with dust again.

So people don't have a problem with black/chrome wheels on NBM cars anymore? I'm a fan of black/chrome and would really want to put them on my car but heard it's forbidden for our color, this true? Really hope not cause it looks real good.

Its YOUR car bro, put whatever color wheels YOU want on it. If that's the look YOU like, then go with it man. Its all personal preference when it comes to your car. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Ya man, true. It's just when I first came to this site there was a thread I saw about a NBM that put black wheels on and every single person just bashed the **** outta the dude for having black w/ NBM saying you can't do it, Im like wtf? My sail panel, windows and grille isn't black? I personally love blue and black together. I'm all in for blue w/ black, just wanted to see the inputs ya'll have about this ignorant dilemma that somebody started.

The Rebels look great in black on NBM. I will say that the "right" wheel in black on NBM will look good. Unlike other colored cars, you can stick almost any black colored wheel and it will look good.

For some reason I don't like the look of C5 Z06s black w/ chrome, that's what I'm copping but would have to do all chrome. These Rebels in the other hand look beautiful. I might Plasti-Dip my ZR1s to see what's good. Back to the normal postings on the Rebels, holla back.

It's lowered on Koni SA's and Hotchkis springs. Konis are on the upper perch and i for went removing the isolaters. Didnt want to give up to much ground clearance for the duals and turn downs.

I personally think that black with a machined lip looks great with NBM regardless of the rim. Solid black may look a little strange though.

But if someone doesn't like it, they can have their opinion.... and kiss my hairy butt while at it. lol
