Default oewheels centercap question

Anticipating my wheel arrival... they'll be here this Thursday. From what they told me the center caps have logos (the vette logo) but the pictures on their website are smooth. I hate the vette logo and was wondering if anyones shaved/smoother them out? Any pigs before and after?

I ordered a set of c6 z06 dd wheels from oewheels, and like you the pics showed blanks, but when they arrived they had the vette logo on them.....

I have the 17x9.5 and 18x10.5 and they came with the vette logos on the centercaps. I don't notice them anymore. Some people really hate them especially when they're on something that is not a corvette, but **** I can count the people on one of my hands that have actually noticed and said something.

The reason I want them gone is for a custom decal; be it a bowie or the ss logo.

If you look thru the big OE wheels thread, I made a post regarding some of the generic blanks that I found on ebay that fit my chrome C5 DD wheels just fine. If anyone needs a set of the caps that come with those wheels I still have them (the ones with the flags on them). I've since sold the car those wheels were on.

I have ZR1's and had the same issue. Here was my solution...

I know someone with C5's that did pretty much the same thing.

those look really good, I think that's the direction I am going to go, just grab a set of blanks off ebay and see how they fit.
