What's the widest tire y liu can put on this because the rim is 9.5

It's 9 inch rim not 9.5 and the widest you should go is 285/40/17. You can squeeze a 315/35/17 on there but its up to you if you want that bulge look (imo too much bulge on a 9 inch wheel). Not sure how a 295 would look since they hardly exist in 17s but 285/40 is the way to go if you don't want 275s.

Had them in silver on my '96 Z28 and then sold them for a set a guy had powder coated black then he polished the face of the wheels like the 35th wheels

In the stock silver I didn't love the 10 spokes on my car but now I love the way the way they look

That black looks super glossy I love it. Painted or powder coated? If painted what paint did you use? Clean *** car overall too. I wish I could find a good color to paint my ten spokes that would go with SOM. Glossy black like that would be nice, but I can't really commit to any color. Probably just gona go with a different set of wheels.

Also where did you get those center caps?

Thanks man, I've been a painter on the side for many years so I stripped, prepped, and painted them in basecoat clearcoat. Probably about 5-6 coats of clear. The center caps were the smooth version that you can get on ebay for these wheels that are silver. I then added an "SS" decal then painted them black and removed the "SS" decal and cleared over them to make them smooth. It adds a nice custom touch IMO
