CCW wheels 17" or 18"
CCW wheels 17" or 18" I am thinking about CCW's for my TA. I can't decide, please help. Option 1 18x10.5 with 295/35/18 out back, 18x9.5 with 275/35/18 in front. Option 2 17x11 with 315/35/17 out back, 17x9.5 with 275/40/17 in front. I am not really interested in drag racing anymore. I prefer the corners now. The car is lowered with a prokit. I saw several Supra's two weeks ago with these wheels and I thought the one's with 18's looked much better, but I am not sure what size will look and perform better on a Trans AM. Thanks for all comments.

Re: CCW wheels 17" or 18" CCW wheel are the best choice IMO. cheaper than HRE same build. Much lighter, and you can cange wheel size your shelf. I have the 17x11 and 17x10 CCW I can change to 10.5 in the front for $200 and the wheels will still set flush with the fender. go with the 17 b/c where are more tires avaible! I run NItto 555r drag 315/35/17 and Nitto 555RII 275/40/17. No photos as there is 4" of snow right now!

My only gripe is the 17's don't look big enough for me (don't get me wrong, they still look awesome). The 18's will definately look better, but I went with 17's for better all around performance.
