Default 315 or bigger guys chime in: LCA clearance issues?

so i have some 335s on 17x11 zr1s and started using my BFH to get them to fit, only to realize that they hit my stock LCA's. I need to get some LCAs, relocation brackets, and new tires anyway so im wondering what combos work. For the LCAs i wanted to go with founders b/c of the price, but their tubing is so thick its close to the thickness of the stockers. I may go with those and step down to 315s, but even that seems like it will be close. What combos of LCAs/tire sizes have worked for you guys on wheels with tons of backspacing?

p.s. didnt know if this was more of a tires/wheels or suspension question, so mods feel free to move this thread

I'm using Spohn's offset lower control arms to help give the additional clearance I needed to run 19 x 13 wheels and 345-30-19 tires.

Im currently running 335's and have no clearence issues with the LCA's. I measures lastnight and there is about 1.5"s of clearence between the tire and LCA.
OP- I would take a look at what offset the rims are. This could cause you to run into future issues with suspension travel.

The 17x11 ZR1 came with 2 offset sizes, which one do you have?

I am not positive on the offset since i bought them used, but they certainly arent 36mm like the factory ones, i would guess they are somewhere around 50mm offset...if i step down to a 315 tire with founders lcas do you think i will avoid clearance issues?

firemech21- do you have tubular lcas and do your tires stick out past your fender at all?

My 315s are just as wide as most 335s and I also have over an inch to my boxed SLP LCAs... on 36mm ZR1s

I have GM 36mm rears and have plenty of clearance as well, no inner trimming needed, just some to the lip on the quarter. 315/35R17 Toyo R888's.

My 315s were close (but didn't touch) my stock LCA. I've since changed to J&M Hotparts LCAs w/ a 3/8" wheel spacer. I have about an 1 1/8" of space now.

My rims have a 50mm offset and dont stick out beyond the fender at all. I didnt even need to roll the fenders, I did but it wasnt a necessity.

and which LCAs do you have? I think I am going to make my life a bit easier by stepping down to a 315 with tubular LCAs and hope for the best
