Wheel Refinishing - any ideas? Was wondering if there was a process I could do myself to bring these back to life. I've looked into getting them powder coated, but would like to avoid the cost if it's something I could do. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I figured that much, just wondering if someone had experience with the process. I've got the price of $80 a wheel for powder coating right now. Very tempting.
