Default Wheel Refinishing - any ideas?

Was wondering if there was a process I could do myself to bring these back to life. I've looked into getting them powder coated, but would like to avoid the cost if it's something I could do. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Strip the clear off then maybe try buffing them back out might need to sand them too.

Yeah, I figured that much, just wondering if someone had experience with the process. I've got the price of $80 a wheel for powder coating right now. Very tempting.

Follow a write up, i did a set for a buddy that looked like junk, they came out great. PC is easier to maintain but do you really wanna drop close to 400 to coat stock wheels. Not worth it IMO
