On a budget I think ZR1s are hard to beat. You can find them used for dirt cheap even with 17x11 rears.

I paid $900 used for my set of 18x9.5 (55mm offset) SSR GT10s. I think they ran about $1,600 new. Fit was perfect.

Dont know what your budget is, I paid around 1600 for these a few years back. Not even sure if you can still get them since LG doesnt do much for Fbodys anymore.

Found them for $2500 new from LG. Way beyond my limits. I don't have an exact budget, it's just that, the more I spend on tires/wheels, the less I can spend elsewhere, and I'd really like to get a 9" by summer 2012. So, trying to save cash with mods while saving for the 9".
