oe concept 17x11 zr1's w/315 NT05r's..spacers required on 01 z28??

Default oe concept 17x11 zr1's w/315 NT05r's..spacers required on 01 z28??

trying to get my wheels installed today had my fenders rolled but was told i have to run a spacer to make them fit and not cut the shut outta the tires? ive never heard that so im double checkin and we werent sure what size spacer to run? 5/8 1/2? any input is appreciated thanks

I've run 17x11's on my firebird with 315's for 3 years and have had 0 issues. Get an adjustable panhard rod and you shouldn't have a problem with the correct offset rim.

Usually people have issues with the inner well before the outer-well, but iirc, camaro's have ever slightly narrower wheel wells than firebirds, but rolling the fenders should eliminate that issue.

its the 50mm offset deep dish ZR1 wheel and the outter well was rolled today but no bfh work to the inners being i was told i needed spacers??

if there the correct offset you shouldnt need spacers, i dont think you need spacers just a big hammer lol, did they say why you needed them?

said in order to not have the outter well slice up the tire (even tho it was rolled) id need spacers and longer studs?? im confused lol-he also said if i didnt run a long stud the wheel wouldnt allow enuff threads on the stud to show...the guys cool im not puttin him down cuz i sure the hell dont know but it just seemed like oe concpets woulda mentioned at time of purhcase that was required
