What is the proper size for the shank lugs for BS Street Lites on stock 2000 OEM setup?

12mm 1.5 1/2 Mag Shank

From Billets Web Site

15x3.5 with 1.75" backspace & 15x4 with 2.25in. backspace use 1/2in. mag-shank lugs, all other Street Lite wheels use a 3/4in. mag-shank lug.

Sold in packs of 10 (Qty.1 = 10

It's also worth noting that the 15x4s with 1.625" backspacing use the 3/4" shank lug nuts
