Man they are a total JOKE. I'm just lucky in getting anything at all. I'll sort it all out today when they get here. I encourage you guys to read some of the reviews online, they are exactly what in going through.

If you want r505s 19s in hypersilver your gonna have to wait on them. A Sales Rep with WheelStudio told me that theyre having to make a new cast for this size wheel and could be 3-4 months. But u can still pick up 18s if thats more ur flavor.

So they came in today...I got 4 19x8.5 with 235/35's (NARROW AS F*CK!) One was scratched near the center but the rest weren't bad. They sent me 40 lugs instead of 20 and didn't send my center caps. I just put them on and it turned my stomach going from 295 in the rear down to 235's....im just going to have to deal with it for now until I can get some wider tires or have the wheels widened. I'll post up pics in the sun tomorrow cause the side profile still looks amazing.

You handled this whole thing wrong in my opinion. You're the one that should've been calling the shots since you're the one that sent them your hard earned cash. Instead, you let them punk you by letting them send you want THEY wanted to send. Seriously, doood... when they told you they were sending you 19 inch wheels and tires instead of what YOU ordered, you should've told them you wanted 19 x 9.5 wheels with 275-30-19 tires or your money back.

After receiving those narrow-*** wheels and tires, I straight-up would've sent them back. As far as the missing center caps goes, that's not really their fault. Just call them and let them know that the caps weren't included.

Did you read any of the reviews??? These people do not follow the rules that normal companies follow when it comes to customer service and "the customer is always right". They don't care...there were reviews with people waiting as long as 7 months and not seeing their money back. I wasn't waiting another week much less 7 months. They didn't have 19 x 9.5 (or so im told). And as far as sending them back, there are even more horror stories from people who tried to do the same. I read several post where they sent a different brand of wheel all together and rather than dealing with them again people just chose to run them or sell them on their own. Go ahead and order yourself something....let me now how YOU handle it!

Aight dude maybe u dont care or maybe money grows on trees where u're from, but in no way should u settle for anything less than what u want. Man the Eff UP IF u want to send'em back tell'em; thats what i did 2 yrs back. Package everything as u got them, find a UPS driver and "refuse" them, they can put a RTS (return to shipper) scan on them , OR take it to their office if u cant find a driver. Dont be afraid to call them and tell'em that your goin to send'em back and get ur money back or wait for the one you want to arrive. And who cares if you gotta roll stockers again its better than being out a lot of dough just to turn around and buy another set after a few months. U'll regret settling!!

+1. To get 19's after ordering 18's, NOPE. 8.5 rears no less? Please. You should be losing your mind, not rolling over and spending MORE money on wider tires / widening the rims. Getting 19's would have done it for me, I can't stand rubber band tires. Unacceptable. Contact the BBB and state your case.

I can tell you now that I would've handled the situation a lot differently than you or the many other disgruntled customers that's dealt with this company. Apparently, everyone that's gotten screwed over simply settled like you're doing instead of turning this problem over to the authorities. I would've contacted their local law enforcement agency, BBB and anyone else that could help rectify the problem.

Ok, you arm chair quarterbacks have all the answers. Im telling you, this company is a RIP OFF, but somehow you guys have me out to be the bad guy..?... And no, I do care and money doesnt not grow on trees, hence the reason I NEED wheels and tires on my car so its not sitting on 4 flats. I purchased this set instead of replacing the bald tires on my current wheels. As for the 18 to 19 debate, that doesn't bother me. I actually liked the 19's better than the 18's, the 8.5 is more narrow than I expected but its not the end of the world. And I looked into the BBB, they aren't accredited or whatever by the BBB in florida and they suggest not to do business with them. Thats as far as it goes. I posted up trying to help a fellow member avoid a headache dealing with these morons and you guys wanna burn my house down...appreciate it!
