19x10 F-Body Advice
Doing some research and hoping you guys could give me some advice on how well this would work:
19x10 - 38mm Offset with 285/30-19 All around
Strano Lowering Springs
How much BFH and fender rolling is gonna need to happen? What other clearance issues are gonna pop up?

I'm running 19x10 fronts and 20x11 rears (CCW 505a) and I have no issues up front and only had to do a little massasing of the rear inner fenders. I'm not lowered yet, so I'm not sure what, if any, issues I'll run into. An adjustable panhard bar will be a must though.

I'll go ahead and disagree with what others have said. Back will definitely be fine on the inside, and you probably won't even need to roll the fender lip.
The front is where I think you will have problems. It needs to be tucked in a little further...45mm is probably the best you could do. I run a front 275 on a 10" wheel with a 50mm OS on all 3 of my 4th gens, and that is about as close to the suspension as you can get, and sits flush on the outside. You would be 17mm further out than mine (5mm from the tire width plus 12mm difference in offset)...that's around 2/3 of an inch. Move to a +45 OS to split the difference on our tire width, and I bet you'll be more happy.
