I'm sorry but it looks like you have four spares on it. Why didn't you keep a thin machined line around the edge of the wheel like the GM Grand Sport versions? They really serve a purpose.

Sorry man but I have to agree with Mark it does look like spares on all corners if the Z was black maybe..

personally i like it , it goes well with the color. the machined lip in my humble opinion doesn't fit with all cars. plus it has a different look, everyone seems to go with the black with the polished lip. I like it.
last time i checked my spare doesnt have 5 spokes. keep em on at the very least its something different. where'd you get all black wheels anyhow? i can only find the ones with the polished lip

Not for me. However, I hate all completely black rims with no contrast on them (i.e. machined lip).

Bro, your car looks sweet. Don't listen to these haters. You did something different that nobody's done before and you should be proud. Those 17x11's look great out back.

One thing, though. If you're gonna have a SS hood, take off the Z28 badges.

We're not haters. It's our opinion. As long as he likes it that's all that matters.

Well thanks for the response. They were silver rims to start, and painted black. You cant see it very well in the pics but the inner part of the wheel is still silver. It looks real nice in person. Im also going to paint the calipers this week to set the wheels off.

I decided on black to go with the all silver/black theme of the car. Also for the SS hood comment. It isnt a LS1 SS scoop, its a Suncost hood which is the LT1 scoop. So why should I be ashamed of what it is, a Z28. Not a big fan of badge swapping.

I like it. And I was gonna suggest painting the calipers red or something, and then saw you already thought of that
The rear of the car looked a little too low, but I think you were parked on an incline. Maybe throw a little tint on the windows??

I think it looks good. Subtle to the uneducated, provocative to those in the know. Gotta love 17x11s out back.

Yes sir, you are a smart man. Sportlines make the drastic drop. The tires still fit and no need to roll the fender lip either. Gotta love it.

It looks good, I have a silver z as well but I'd go with a machined lip. Tight ride though

I like the way it looks. I just hope the painting holds up for you. When I got mine done I was looking at having them painted, but was told by quite a few that it was not near as durable as powder coating.

Too many cars with chrome or polished 5 spokes, nice to see something different that looks good.

Her is mine.

I really like the black wheels with silver centers on the hawk. I don't much like the blacked out wheels on your Z. It reminds me of an old cop car or something. They don't look horrible though, and they are different. So keep them just like that if ya like them.
