What size tires are you running? When I had my18's above I was running a 245/40 up front and a 285/35 in the rear and the car was slammed on eibach sportline springs and never had a problem with my tires getting cut.

If you like the white stay with it, i agree the hp, rpm 505's. tt2, oe wheels are over done, but for a reason. they look so good. The Fikse or HRE wheels are very nice just out of my price range.

Where did you end up ordering those from? I looked at the company website and couldn't find that setup with our bolt pattern.

Atrain: It's because of the offset of my wheels, they are 275/35/18s. Right now the lip of the wheel sticks out about a 1/8" past the fender but the tire since it is stretched will tuck as I've rolled the lips on the fenders.

And these are kind of an inbetween wheel. Not nearly as much as Fikse or HRE and not nearly as cheap as OEwheels.

Directly from Varrstoen, and I got them re-drilled. You are right they aren't made in our bolt pattern.

Looks good minus the slightly stretched tire look. I like the white wheels with the red car. I wanted to try that look on my Firebird but never did it.

Thanks, I'm sure once I get a real camera again instead of a point and shoot I'll take and edit some nicer pictures like I used to.

A tune, weld my exhaust so theres no more annoying leaks on the slip pipes and it should be done and time to build a rat rod.

Damn good looking wheels (and car). About how much did the wheels end up costing you after being redrilled, if you dont mind me asking?

I like them, but you need more white to tie everything in.

Get some SS badges with a white insert rather than black, maybe white rear fill ins, and definitely white rally stripes.

What throws it off for me is the black roof. You have a black and red car with white wheels, it just looks unbalanced. I know it's cliche at this point, but with that black roof and dark windows black wheels would have looked so natural on it.

I like the way it looks! Like others have said it's nice to see an fbody that doesn't have oewheels, zo6 or zr1 style wheels. They are way too common. Major props for stepping away from the norm. In a parking lot full of camaros and trans ams your car would grab my attention more than a lot of others.

I actually really like it. The style of wheel is very important though.

Have to love Tech sometimes... The second you even venture out of the "It looks good, that's why everyone does it box" you might as well just signed yourself up to be stoned to death. Granted it's no where near as bad as the Vette forums lol.

I like it, gives it more of the "track" car feel.
