19 x 10.5? The previous owner had the rear wheels widened?

I think it looks way better with the 19's on it. Someone said 19's on these cars dont look good, their crazy these cars should have come from the factory with 19's on them. I have 19's on the front and 20's on the back and it's lowered 1.5" and I think the stance and rim size looks perfect, but that's just my opinion. I like the smaller rims on the guys cars that are making them more full race car, but the bigger rims make them look more like a street racer and gives more of a vette appearance.

My rims are 38mm offset... if theyre not 10.5, could they be wider.. I tried to measure them on the car which is probably the least accurate way.. haha I know they are wider than my 9.5 TT2s.. we put them side by side and these were wider but that was including the sidewalls.. I know some manufacturers measure a tires contact patch OR overall width including sidewall bubble.. Do rim manufacturers do the same... Like measuring outside of lip to the outside of the other lip? or is it Inside to inside measure?
