Skinnies up front that fit C5 vette brakes?
I have drag radials in back on chrome camaro 5 spokes. But being 16s they wont fit over my vette brakes, which leaves me running my white powdercoated 17in 10 spokes. Talk about an ugly mis-match.
I really want to get a set of wheels that match, but 17s up front and obviously 16s out back to make use of my almost new ET streets.
The summit fast five or whatever seem like a good wheel, but arent available in 16s.
Not looking to spend a lot of money here, as cheep as possible.

Those are actually pretty cool, shoot them silver, then grab some silver 5 spokes for the rear and youve got a decent matching set.
Only thing that concerns me is the tire. If thats just the regular spare, arent those rated for like 50 miles at 50mph? Not 120+mph?

Dont use the spare tires on those wheels, just the wheels themselves....
You run a M&H front runner which is bias ply or I think someone makes a radial front runner in 17" now that fits.
I run these on my 89 camaro with C5 vette brakes just fine, with M&H racemaster front bias plys. I'm on bias ply rears so its all good, but I've been 142mph no problems
A black ZR1 type wheel in a 16-17" matches them pretty good. Or weld prostar with black painted centers
Oh and i stipped the paint off the factory GTO wheels and revealed the polished lip, then masked it off, painted the spokes back to black to leave it a polished lip to go with the prostar wheels
