Even if the mass that's rotating is the same, the
moment of inertia is higher when you put the bulk
of it further out from the axis. I think you will have
maybe 10mm less rubber height but 12.5mm more
aluminum, so your final diameter has gone up slightly
and so has the tread width and circumference, so
you're probably up on both mass and moment arm
a bit.
