Talking Anyone elses MT drs last as long as this?!

95,940 was on my car when I put 275 40 17 mt drs on. Just took them off yesterday and mileage is 110,266. Thats 14,326 miles on these suckers. They have maybe 10-15 passes on them. Had them inflated to 32psi almost their whole life LOL! They actually still work great but I just ordered some new ones anyway Not bad huh?

damn, 14k miles is the kind of numbers i see for 555r's. i usually see people going like less than half the miles you had with the mt's.

Pretty awesome, Ive usually heard 8-9k maybe. Guess its all in how you drive, and guessing most people are doing john force burnouts haha

I've got just under 20k miles and 2 years of daily driving, street racing, and just a handful of roasty burnouts on my Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials, and they still got plenty of road life left on them. Best (street) drag radial ever.

I think I had around 9-10,000 miles on my MT/DR's when I pulled them off just this last june.
They still had a little tread left on them.
Gave them to my friend who is putting them on his '99 GT with bolt-on's and a 100 shot.
They lasted quite a bit longer then I thought they would.

You get 10k from mickeys in a cold climate. You get 2-3k in the south. It depends on the road temps. Heat wears them.

THIS... I have NT555R's on my car.. 5K miles around town and a few short highway rolls (under 20 miles) in the cool air (sub 70 temps), still looked new. 2K miles of DD use (120 mile a day) and heat above 80 most days they're toasted, hunting new tires/wheels now...

That was at 25PSI or less cold BTW, and the centers still wore out first.

damm you got a lot of miles out of them.

must have been driving when it wasn't too hot out or they would
have never lasted that long.
