longer studs with 7/16 spacer on front?

I used a 7/16 spacer on the front for my prostars, should i get longer studs? if so how much? I still want to run closed lugs.

How many complete turns of the lugnut can you get with the spacer installed? Call you your wheels mfg and ask them how much thread engagement is required. At a minimum I would go with some ARP studs at whatever length is required.

I would say it spins 5-6 times. I just did know since there is no tourqe on the front, not sure how much stress the fronts actually get...

Approximately 17 Threads per Inch on the threads 5 turns equals less then 5/16" Thread engagement and that is NO WHERE NEAR ENOUGH! You need way longer studs!

That is actually not true! Your brakes can stop you a lot faster then your car can accelerate and with the front doing 70%+- of your braking there is actually a lot more torque on the front then the rear!
