The rotor should not have any bearing with the wheel sticking out.
Unless it was super thick or something and even then it would not push it out that much.
Also the pad height off the center should not have a bearing on the bs
Because the bs measurement should have been what ever they said it was with
the pad height factored in
Looks to me like you have the wrong bs wheels on there.

A friend of mine has these wheels on his Z28. At first they were like yours. Wayyyyy too far out with the same tire brand and size. We installed a set of Strange shocks with 300# springs and adjusted the height so it doesn't look like a 4x4. Now it's perfect!! We couldn't beleive the difference with just lowering the car. Alignment was readjusted and it still look awsome. Hope this help

Those wheels are only made in one backspace with that pad height, so everyone saying you have the wrong backspace is incorrect. I believe it has to do with A) your Ebay rotors, B) your tire choice or C) your ride height, possibly a combination of all three. Mine sat flush with the fender, more like the silver car in the first page.

Mine stick out about the same as your do. Your tire seems fatter than mine though.
Side note what is you bs on you rear wheels? You are narrowed 3 inches on each side in the rear right?

I have that exact tire/wheel combo OP and they stick out more than my bogarts did! Enough that they rubbed on the plastic inner fender during spring compression, ended up raising the ride height for clearance. djfury05 your car's lookin' good!! And oldguy99Z our cars are very similar, maybe I'll see you at a Sonic cruise night. I usually go to the Morgantown show and sometimes the one at Brownstown.

I think it's one of two things. Your ride height, or your suspension setup/alignment.
It's a known fact that when you lower these cars the top of the tires move inboard. I think if you lowered the car down, the wheels would drop into the fender.
Compare these two similar pictures and you can easily notice ride height differences.

As far as alignment goes, if you have aftermarket control arms there is SO much adjustability on the upper and lower pieces I wouldn't doubt you can pull them back in a bit as well as lowering the car will help.
