Default Weld rts help

I looking to see if anyone has weld rts wheels 15x10 but running them on a narrowed rear end? Im look for a back spacing for a rear narrowed 3 inches on each side? Also, do these wheels clear the factory calipers when the rear is narrowed? And where did you buy these custom backspacing wheels from?

Thanks in advance

15x10 with 5.5" backspacing on a rear end narrowed 3" per side and 295 drag radials.

Same wheels and tires on my friend's T/A with a rear end also narrowed 3" per side.

We like our tires TUCKED 'round here!

That's the way to go right there! Funny how everybody has different tastes, some people like them flush with the fender. I can't stand that look and want my wheels tucked!

Not RTS but it's narrowed 3" each side. Running 5.5 BS. I prefer them tucked.

Have to admit- i am a lil curious too. I had to take the hammer to the front lower area of my inner fender, and I run the 4.5 with a 295.

No mini tub required. You do need to use the BFH mod though.

I know this is an old thread and the damn pictures don't show up like that once did but I've seen them before and wanted to share my experience. Some of the tucked appearance will also depend on the tires. I've noticed that drag radials have more of a sidewall buldge and give a fuller look than a bias tire. My rear is narrowed -2.5 and I have a set of Prostars 15x10 w/5.5" bs and 27x11.50 Hoosier QTP's. I've also added a 3/8" spacer to bring the tires back out towards to 1/4 just a bit more because they actually looked too tucked. I don't like when the rear actually looks narrower than the front tire track width. I know that most guys do a -2 per side for a 5.5"bs to put the tires at the same width as with stock width rear and 7.5"bs but I wanted just a shot more room for if I decide on a 28x12.5 tire but honestly I have plenty of room even with the 3/8" spacer added. I'll add some pics of my setup to this thread once I have the car completely settled and everything is dead nuts adjusted.
It would also be cool to see some of you guys repost your pics since Photobucket screwed everything up and maybe also see some new guys post up. This look isn't going away so it's a cool thread to keep alive. Thanks
