I think the issue is with 18" on up. With the larger diameter you will have some rubbing issues if your car is lowered and you want to go that deep of a wheel. I even tried fitting a 19" C6 wheel but had to add a wheel adapter to make it fit without rubbing. Happy motoring my friend!
Correction - my current wheels are 10.5" not 11". But still pretty confident the 11" will fit just fine.

Thats what I pretty much need, no harsh modifying to make the wheels fit lol I really like the TT2s from American Racing, I believe their sizes go to 17x11 max, If I am not wrong. What backspace do you have?

A lot of this depends on which brand of tires you're gonna use, preferred ride height and if you care whether your wheels and tires will stick out from under the fenders or not.

Oh ok, pretty much I should try not to go over 17 in diameter to prevent rubbing... Since my car will be lowered 1.5" both front and back it could be an issue to run 18s, id rather not risk it and go with 17x11

I agree, tire also has alot to do, what wheels do you have and what tires? Is that your car in your Sig.?

Wheel diameter has nothing to do with tire diameter. 25.6" tire doesn't know if it fits a 17" or 18" wheel.

Make sure you search the correct wheel offset, tire size and prepare for the possibility of massaging the fenders in places as necessary.....BFH, fender roll, etc.

Had to pull out the hammer and beat a few spots, and took off the bump stops.

I said no BFH mod. The quarters are rolled and stretched, 15mm spacers and an adjustable panhard bar are what was required.
