Do you know the width of the rear? I need to know the width of the narrowed rear or of stock rear please. Again i have 5.5 bs and a rear narrowed 3" per side with as 295-55-15 tire. Wheel Flange is an 1.5" away from axle flange both sides. Trying to figure out if tubes were cut more than 3".... Others say this combo works can't argue it since its numerous people with setup.
Even 5 or 4.5 bs not gonna cut it without spacer on my car.

Ok I got 65" measuring from the mounting flange where the wheel mounts against the rotor. Outside to outside, this rear is out of a 2000.
I would say your going to need a 4.5" to 4 3/4" bs depending on what wheel you use. I just don't see how anyone can make that set up work without using a spacer.
I thought at 2.5 off per side I would be plenty good and that just wasn't the case.

Looks to be 1.5" to short with a 5.5 bs. 5 won't cut it and 4.5 would still need .5" spacer the way it looks. Just don't understand how others are getting away with it. The way mine sits right now there is no way to bolt wheels on at all let alone drive. Lol. Would have to beat wheel well in a ton and it already is beat in some for the 315-35-17's I used to run.

The way it looks to me is 3" total narrowing, 1.5" a side and 5.5 bs would work. Everyone says 3"s a side and 5.5". How can that be? Gonna do some measuring today and find out if rear was narrowed to much.

LAZZURAS where are u located? I see your dealing with brute speed which I live about 15 minutes from during the week. I live in the fort Wayne area Mon-Fri and back in Wis on weekends. If your in the area I wouldn't mind taking a look at your setup. Always wanted to stop by brute speed but never got around to it.

You're welcome. I doubt you'll find room for it to be lowered. Bob

Narrowing 1"per side and having 6.5 backspace is not gonna tuck anythin/. Its gonna be stock look with ur wheel having a 1" deeper dish. Take away 1" from rear and addinv 1" to wheel is still stock wheel placement just gives deep dish look
