15" XP's, will they fit over stock brakes?

Nope, but the 16s will. XPs are also much heavier than regular draglites, they are more about appearance than performance.
Centerline Warrior 15s fit without grinding, but they aren't wide enough for my tastes and the offset makes them stick out a little too much for me. Or, you can get Bogarts that fit without grinding that fit perfectly.
