65mm is too high of an offset for the rear. You can run 38-58mm on anything under 10.5 and it will clear. But you can push them out to about 38mm in the rear and still clear with a 10.5 or less. 11" is tougher and needs a 45-50mm offset in the rear.
Fronts have more room. You can put pretty much anything upto 11" up there with a 38-50mm offset. Anymore than 50 and you're tucked horribly. Stock WS6 wheels for example are 9" with a 50mm offset. And they are inbound around 2.5" from the fender. 2.5"!!!
